This program provides solar energy systems "at cost," reflecting TIER 1 Solar Solutions' direct expenses for equipment, installation, and associated services. However, "at cost" pricing is determined solely by the installer selected and the location of the project. All panel, inverter, racking, installation, and equipment costs are determined by the installer and vary based on their rates, service structures, and the specific requirements of the location.

Factors Affecting Pricing:

​

  • Installer Selection: All costs are determined by the selected installer, including labor, equipment handling, and travel fees. Variations in installer pricing may apply.

  • Location-Specific Costs: Regional differences in permitting fees, utility requirements, and installation complexity.

  • Market Conditions: Supply chain dynamics and material availability may impact pricing.

  • Unforeseen Conditions: Additional costs may be incurred if pre-existing structural or electrical issues are discovered during the installation process.

  • Customer-Requested Changes: Any alterations to system design or scope of work requested by the customer after agreements are signed may result in additional costs.

 

Limitations on Guarantees and Liability:


Performance and savings estimates are based on preliminary evaluations and are not guaranteed. Actual results may vary due to:

  • Site-specific factors such as roof condition, shading, weather patterns, and household energy consumption.

  • Future changes in utility rates, incentives, or regulations that could affect system performance or financial returns.

  • Variability in solar panel output due to weather, system maintenance, and wear over time.

 

TIER 1 Solar Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by permitting authorities, utility companies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Changes in federal, state, or local incentives, rebates, or tax credits, which are subject to third-party policies.

  • Discovery of structural, electrical, or other pre-existing issues, which may require additional work or costs to resolve before installation.

  • Damage to property due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to structural defects, electrical issues, or roof degradation.

  • Issues resulting from customer negligence, misuse of the solar system, or failure to adhere to maintenance recommendations.

  • Complaints or disputes related to installer performance or conduct, which must be resolved directly with the installer.

 

Legal Protections Against Claims or Disputes:


By participating in this program, customers agree to release TIER 1 Solar Solutions from liability for:

  • Any dissatisfaction with the solar system resulting from circumstances outside TIER 1’s control, including installer performance, changes in market conditions, or variations in expected savings.

  • Claims, complaints, or lawsuits based on subjective expectations, dissatisfaction, or any circumstances explicitly outlined in this disclaimer.

  • Any claims arising from delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond TIER 1 Solar Solutions’ control.

 

Binding Arbitration Clause:


All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this program, including but not limited to allegations of breach of contract, negligence, or misrepresentation, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Customers waive their right to bring claims in a court of law or to participate in class action lawsuits.

 

Additional Legal Provisions:

  • TIER 1 Solar Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all agreements in full before signing and acknowledge that their participation is at their sole discretion and risk.
