The Pay-Per-Sit Model offers predictable costs based on the number of qualified sits. This model is ideal for companies that prefer fixed pricing for every confirmed sit, regardless of the outcome.
Features:
• Fixed Pricing: Clients are billed a set rate per sit.
• Flexible Tiers: Choose from four tiers, ranging from 5 sits/month to 25 sits/month or more, with deposits reflecting the tier’s monthly allocation.
• Annual Allocation: Allocations are calculated annually, allowing for flexibility in sit distribution across the year.
What’s Included:
• Sits: Confirmed, pre-qualified appointments where the homeowner has committed to meeting with a solar consultant.
• CRM Access: Provided at $95/month for monthly plans or $1,068/year for annual plans.
• Calendly Integration: Included free for Year 1 with annual plans; renewal is $22/month or $195/year.
Example:
For Tier 1, covering up to 60 sits annually:
• Annual Plan: $21,600 deposit (10% discount applied).
• Monthly Average: 5 sits, though allocations are based on yearly totals, allowing for fluctuations.

3. Predefined Qualification Criteria
To ensure high-quality leads, all appointments and sits must meet the following criteria:
1. Homeownership: The homeowner must be on the deed or a trustee of a trust.
2. Property Type: Must be a single-family home, townhouse with roof and meter ownership, or mobile
home with land ownership and ground-mount space.
3. Solar Eligibility:
• Preexisting solar systems are eligible if:
• Additional grid costs exceed $85/month, and
• Roof space can accommodate at least an additional 4 kW system or 10 panels.
• Or the client is replacing the existing system.
4. Age Limit: Homeowners must be under 80 years old.
5. Disclaimer: Credit is not verified during marketing; the client must confirm credit eligibility post-
appointment.

4. Auto-Draft Policy
Auto-draft is required for all plans to ensure uninterrupted service. Deposits are automatically replenished when balances fall below 33.1% of the required amount.

• Eliminates service interruptions.
• Ensures continuous lead flow.
• Provides priority scheduling for auto-draft clients.

5. CRM and Calendly Access

6. Annual and Monthly Flexibility
• Annual Plans: Offer a 10% discount on the first three months’ deposit and include Calendly for the first

7. Rollover and Allocation Policy
• Annual Plans:
o Unused deposits for missed allocations roll over to the next year if the contract is renewed.

9. Fraud Prevention and Penalties
• First Offense: Forfeiture of deposits.
• Second Offense: Forfeiture of deposits and a $2,500 penalty.
• Third Offense: Termination from the program, forfeiture of deposits, and a $2,500 penalty.
